Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for providing good customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role includes both sales and cashiering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide good customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process various forms of payment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area.
• Stock and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and tagging new merchandise.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or cashiering experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
• Fresh graduates from Nitec or Higher Nitec are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
