Retail Sales Associate (Duty Free)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide product information and make recommendations
• Promote and sell a wide range of duty-free products, including liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, confectionery, and more
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays, restock shelves, and keep the store tidy
• Process transactions and manage payments
• Assist with inventory management and support stock-taking activities
• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient during busy periods
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
