Retail Sales Associate (Part Time / Full Time)

Job Description:

percolate. is a Singapore specialty coffee company with more than a decade of industry presence, known for making great coffee approachable, not intimidating. Beyond our coffee bars, we bring our curated coffee and equipment range to shoppers at leading department stores.
Be the face of percolate. & the various brands we represent at department store counters - engage shoppers, demo products, and drive sales. Having prior coffee experience is not mandatory, interest in coffee and customer service-first mindset are what we are looking for.

What you'll do:

• Approach and engage customers, conduct product demos/tastings
• Hit sales targets through upselling and great service
• Keep the counter well-stocked and presentable
• Report daily sales and feedback to the team

What we're looking for:

• Retail/promo/roadshow experience will be a plus
• Confidence approaching strangers, sales-driven attitude
• Min GCE O Level or equivalent
• Available for retail hours, incl. weekends/PH
• Singaporean/PR preferred eligible work pass holders welcome
