Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented and results-driven Retail Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable services to drive sales and enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

. Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations

. Achieve individual and team sales targets

. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies

. Handle customer inquiries, feedback and closing the sale effectively

. Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations

Requirements

. Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent

. Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Sales-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
