The Role

A Retail Associate at IN GOOD COMPANY takes on the role as a brand ambassdor - tasked to deliver a pleasant shopping experience across every service touch points in the customer journey in-store as well as providing great customer care service to our e-commerce customers

You will be working closely with the merchandising team to be updated on new product launches to serve customers with good product knowledge. You will also communicate marketing mechanics to help drive conversions and acquire new sign-ups in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through
  • Excellent product knowledge to provide styling options to recommend to upsell / cross-sell products
  • Communicating brand promotions and mall promotion initiatives for higher conversion
• Customer Care
  • Build customer relations to foster regular shopping frequency and return visits
  • Build brand reputation by practicing good customer care service
• Daily store operations
  • Practice good housekeeping and maintain a high standard in VM displays in-store
  • Assist to maintain optimal inventory for new products and core products
