Retail Sales Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
• Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
• Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
• Attend to sales inquiries on Company products and services
• Handles and respond to customer inquiries & feedback
• Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
• Review weekly & monthly results and discuss the next strategy and idea with Management
• Other duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Willing to learn, have good initiative, and can work independently
• Sales experience will be an added advantage
• Able to work on retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (to be compensated with PH-in-lieu)
• Training will be provided

Remuneration:

• Basic salary with commission
