As a Retail Sales Associate (Fashion), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through product promotions and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately, including cash, card, and POS/e-commerce transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, stock-taking, and pricing updates.
Requirements:
- Min. GCE N or O level
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer service, ideally within the fashion industry.
