Retail Sales Associate (Eyewear / Optical Retail)

Salary: $2,300 basic + AWS + monthly sales incentives
Location: Islandwide
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide product recommendations and explain eyewear features.
• Support daily retail operations, cashiering and stock replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging customers and recommending products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates without optical retail experience are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week, 44 hours weekly.
• Rotating retail shifts.
