Basic Salary: $2,300-$2,500 + Monthly Sales Commission
Potential Commission: $800-$2,500, subject to store performance
Locations: IMM / Changi City Point
Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week, Retail Shifts

We're hiring Retail Sales Assistants for a globally recognised sportswear brand specialising in footwear, apparel and lifestyle products.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist customers with footwear, apparel and accessories.
Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and needs.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Work towards store sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Handle stock replenishment, product displays and visual merchandising.
Support cashiering, inventory management and daily store operations.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.

What We're Looking For

Retail sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
Experience in fashion, footwear, sportswear or lifestyle retail is advantageous.
Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with customers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

What You Can Look Forward To
