Job Description

Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Kovan/Lavender (walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 6-day work week, 44 contractual hours per week, rostered between 10am and 9pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700 + Commission + Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: Full-Time
Industry: Healthcare

Main Responsibilities:

Proactively approach and engage customers in a retail environment.
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of bonbone healthcare support products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide professional customer service and respond to product-related enquiries.
Work towards daily sales targets and support overall outlet performance.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintain clean, organised and well-stocked product displays.
Perform other related retail duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
No prior retail experience required comprehensive training will be provided.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Comfortable approaching customers and working towards sales targets.
Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
Able to stand for extended periods as required for retail duties.
