Key Responsibilities
1. Client Service Excellence
- Welcome and assist every customer in a warm, professional manner.
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to clientneeds.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with proactive follow-ups
2. Sales & Business Development
- Promote consignment, direct sell, and trade-in opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales target.
3. Store Presentation & Merchandising
- Ensure store displays and merchandising are neat, clean, and aligned with brand Visual Merchandising guidelines.
4. Inventory & Operations
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product receiving.
- Handle payments and all customer transactions accurately.
5. In-store Partnership Support
- Receive and assist clients bags drop-off and deliver the bags once per week tothe partner's assigned location.
- Record all details: brand, condition, requested service, and estimated timeline.
- Participate in trainings provided by partner
- Coordinate with the partner's operations/ service team to ensure timely processing.
- Notify clients once their bags are ready for collection.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Daily reporting of customer in-store visit for both walk-in and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of customer's database and transactions
7. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Develop expertise in luxury brands, product authentication, and the resalemarket.
- Stay updated on fashion and luxury trends to better serve clients.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant retail or luxury goods experience experience with high-end / designer brands is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong track record of sales ability to deliver consultative customer service ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Familiarity with luxury fashion / accessories ability to learn product lines, craftsmanship, brand story.
- High standards of personal grooming professional presentation ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards in store.
- Willing to work retail hours: weekends, public holidays, evening shifts possibly extended hours during sales / events.
- Ability to work well in a team adaptable good communication positive attitude
Working Arrangement:
Working days will be 3 (three) days a week, 8 hours/day (weekday) and 9 hours/day (weekend).
2 (two) days on weekdays - 11 AM to 8 PM
1 (one) day on weekend - 10 AM to 8 PM
Salary: $15/hr (weekdays),$16/hr (weekends)
