Job Description:
- Provide expert product guidance and meet customer needs.
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure brand-standard displays.
- Support store operations, including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team to maintain a positive store environment.
Job Requirement:
- Min 1 year experience in retail
- Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
- Strong customer service orientation
