Job Description

Retail Sales Assistant - Food product

Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 44hours/week (3 days 8 hours 2 day 10 hours)
Location: Changi Jewel
Full Time Salary: Basic $1900 - $2200 + Commission (Average $400 to $500)
.commission will be higher on peak season (nov - feb)

Job Description

Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
To contact customers and perform after sales services
Attain and maintain required service standards
Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
Provide supporting activities i.e. invoicing, packing
Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
