We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate(3 months contract position/ Renewable up to 6 months) to join our team. If you love interacting with people, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment — we want to meet you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Recommend ECCO products based on customer needs
- Link-sell and up-sell to maximize sales
- Educate customers on product usage and care (especially leather care!)
- Handle after-sales service and customer feedback
- Maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory tasks
- Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Work closely with your team to create a positive store experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Preferably 2 years of retail or sales experience
- Able to start immediately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work at the Jewel store
