Retail Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to engage walk-in customers, support marketing initiatives, and assist with sales administrative tasks. This role involves providing product demonstrations, handling sales-related paperwork, and driving lead generation through customer engagement. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to execute marketing efforts while ensuring smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

. Provide product demonstrations and engage walk-in customers to drive sales opportunities.

. Assist with marketing initiatives as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

. Support in preparing sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.

. Handle sales administrative tasks, including processing sales-related paperwork and maintaining records.

. Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

. Ensure the showroom is presentable, and products are ready for demonstrations.

Requirements:

. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

. Experience in retail sales, customer-facing roles, or sales administration is preferred.

. Ability to follow marketing directions and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager.

. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools for handling sales documentation.

. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing) is a plus but not required.

. Willingness to work primarily at the Orchard Road outlet, with occasional travel to the Tampines location.
