Retail sale of footwear

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with and report directly to the Managing Director. You will receive comprehensive training across various areas of the business and gain exposure to the full suite of business operations.

• Receive training and gain hands-on experience across various departments, including Sales, Procurement, Projects, and Operations.
• Learn directly from management about the methods, procedures, and standards required to perform departmental duties effectively.
• Set performance goals and objectives in consultation with management.
• Regularly monitor individual performance and progress with management.
• Provide support to various departments as required.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects to gain broader exposure to business operations.
