Permanent Salary:$2,600 - $2,800/month + incentives upon conversion

About the Role

We are looking for 2 Retail Promoters to represent a beauty and wellness brand at Isetan Orchard. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity for candidates with retail and sales experience who are looking for a long-term career in customer-facing retail.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Promote and recommend products based on customers needs.
Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Provide product and brand education to customers.
Deliver engaging and professional customer service.
Arrange and replenish product stock to maintain an appealing display.
Maintain a clean and organised sales area.

Requirements

Relevant retail / sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable with sales and product recommendations.
Presentable and confident in engaging customers.
Able to commit long-term and work retail hours.
Female candidates preferred for brand requirements.
Therapy / wellness experience is an advantage but not essential sales experience is more important.
