Profile
We seek a leader who brings / possess:
- Seasoned luxury retail professional with 15+ years experience in driving retail performance and learning & development agenda within an organization
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with strong influence, communication, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven track record as a catalyst for commercial growth through performance analytics and strategic learning initiatives
- Expertise in defining and optimizing KPIs, leveraging data for actionable insights, and designing impactful L&D programs.
- A strategic, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset, with demonstrated excellence in project management and driving change.
- Willingness to travel across the South Asia region.
