You will be instrumental in leading and shaping the future of retail performance and retail talent development across Louis Vuitton's South Asia. This role demands a visionary leader with strong analytical acumen, passion for people development, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all markets & levels to achieve ambitious business goals.

Profile

We seek a leader who brings / possess:

  • Seasoned luxury retail professional with 15+ years experience in driving retail performance and learning & development agenda within an organization
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with strong influence, communication, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record as a catalyst for commercial growth through performance analytics and strategic learning initiatives
  • Expertise in defining and optimizing KPIs, leveraging data for actionable insights, and designing impactful L&D programs.
  • A strategic, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset, with demonstrated excellence in project management and driving change.
  • Willingness to travel across the South Asia region.
