RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Retail & Operations Executive who will be responsible for retail store operations, backend operational support, and conducting livestream sales sessions. The role also requires occasional travel to Malaysia to support business activities as needed.

Description:

Retail Operations

• Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales performance

• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and inventory accuracy

• Handle cashiering duties and basic administrative tasks

Operations Support

• Coordinate stock management, replenishment, and logistics

• Assist with order processing, packing, and fulfillment

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency

• Prepare sales and inventory reports when required

Livestream Sales

• Host and manage livestream sessions to promote products

• Engage actively with online viewers and respond to customer inquiries

• Demonstrate product features clearly and confidently

• Drive online sales and achieve livestream performance targets

Regional Support (Malaysia)

Travel to Malaysia as and when required

Support retail events, store setup, or operational activities

Coordinate with Malaysia-based partners or team members

Requirements:

Experience in retail and/or operations preferred

Confident and comfortable speaking on camera (livestream experience is an advantage)

Strong coordination, execution, and follow-up skills

Independent, proactive, and able to multitask

Willing and able to travel to Malaysia when required

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) is a plus

Bachelor's degree from a recognised university

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on retail operations experience

Experience in multi-store retail environments preferred

Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean team structures

Able to manage time-sensitive operational matters independently

Willing to work beyond standard office hours when operational needs arise
