Job Description

We are representing our client in the Luxury retail sector in their search for a Retail Operations Manager to join their team. This role will be a 5 day work week (inclusive of weekends) and will be based in either at Orchard or Marina Bay Sands.

Summary of scope:

You are expected to optimizes boutique efficiency and drives performance by managing daily operations, analyzing KPIs (traffic, sales), and ensuring retail excellence standards. They coordinate inventory, stock takes, and staff rostering, while collaborating with retail managers to implement strategic initiatives and improve store productivity. You will be working closely with the Boutique Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs (Traffic Counting, sales data) to provide actionable insights for boosting boutique efficiency.
  • Maintain luxury standards across boutique operations, including inventory control, stock takes, payroll, and facility management.
  • Support Retail Managers in executing retail initiatives, coordinating project launches, and training teams on new operational procedures.
  • Manage the logistics of POS materials, trade tools, and visual merchandising (VM) tool databases, ensuring, tracking, and optimizing deliveries.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and stores, providing regular performance reporting and managing store-related, and operational documentation.
