Healthcare settings recruiting Human Resource Executive.
We are seeking an experienced HR to work closely with Managers in delivering effective HR solutions that support organizational growth and align people strategies with business goals. This role will involve overseeing the complete employee life cycle and driving HR initiatives to enhance both employee experience and company performance.
Job Scope:
- Assist with recruitments and employee life-cycle
- Provide advice and support to department managers on HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices.
- Assist in HR planning, manpower strategies, and workforce development.
- Support talent acquisition efforts (especially for social service/eldercare roles).
- Analyse HR data (e.g. turnover, staffing needs) to inform decisions.
- Contribute to HR projects such as digitalisation and career framework development.
- Coordinate HR-related board/subcommittee meetings and documentation.
- Support training needs analysis and L&D planning.
- Administer funded training programmes and capability-building initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR management or equivalent
- 2 years relevant work experience
- have experience with Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
