Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Oversee all store functions, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards in a luxury environment.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
  • Inventory & Security: Implement robust protocols for handling, storing, and tracking high-value jewellery to prevent loss, theft, and damage.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Facilitate promotions, events, and visual merchandising to drive sales and enhance store appeal.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high standards for in-store service, handling client feedback and ensuring a luxurious feel.
  • Compliance: Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and legal compliance.
