Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to join us at a senior management level. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. You will hold full accountability for the strategic and operational performance of either a flagship store, a large-format retail outlet, or a portfolio of multiple outlets, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Store & Operations Leadership

Provide strategic direction for daily operations, ensuring excellence in opening/closing procedures, cash management, security, and store standards.

Lead end-to-end inventory strategy, including demand planning, stock optimization, and shrinkage control.

Drive store layout, visual merchandising, and customer experience initiatives to maximize sales and reinforce brand positioning.

Team Leadership & Culture

Lead and inspire a sizable team ( depending on store size), comprising supervisors, sales staff, and support teams.

Oversee all people management functions-recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven culture that aligns with organizational goals.

Sales, Financial & P&L Ownership

Assume full P&L responsibility, delivering sales targets, profitability goals, and key operational KPIs.

Utilize data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while driving revenue growth.

Customer Experience & Compliance

Uphold premium service standards and manage high-level customer escalations with strategic discretion.

Ensure rigorous compliance with corporate policies, labor laws, safety regulations, and audit requirements.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the BEAUTY retail sector is required, with at least 5-8 years in senior management or head of department roles.

Proven track record of strategic retail leadership, including full P&L accountability and oversight of large teams or multi-outlet operations.

Deep expertise in retail operations, sales analytics, merchandising, inventory management, and financial planning.

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence organizational strategy and drive operational excellence.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with executive leadership.

Able to commit to a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
