We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals with great passion for the F&B industry to join as our Front of House team member.
The role:
. Manage the FOH team with customer relationships and order management.
. Providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for walk-in customers.
. Manage the process flow of the retail operations including managing orders from guests and corporate via email, Instagram, WhatsApp and telephone.
. Manage overall delivery and driver schedule.
. Handle administrative matters related to daily operations of the business
. After sales follow up with customers and feedback for improvement.
. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks/projects
