Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Retail Operations:

- Communicate closely with internal teams, appointed vendors and partners to ensure adherence of project timelines

- Carry out and optimise manpower scheduling, training of part timers to ensure high service standard at retail outlets

- Supervising on-site retail activities to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Address and manage customer feedback and complaints

- Improve profitability, productivity and efficiency across the company's retail operations

- Assess and evaluate the results of the monthly sales and profitability

- Assist in fixtures & monthly inventory stock-taking and other inventory preparation in the warehouse

- Assist in set up of new retail outlets and ecommerce platforms

- Perform assigned administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Event Management or equivalent

- At least 2 years of retail operations experience in managing retail outlets and eventsfrom end to end and possess good understanding on flow of hybrid events

- Team player who has an eye for detail

- Excellent time management abilities

- Great communicator

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Entry level of financial analysis, business and financial acumen.

- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines

- Able to work during weekends and public holiday

- Interest and knowledge of anime and mange a plus to have
