Job responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reports on operational KPIs, providing comprehensive feedback and follow-ups for boutique management
- Data compilation and analysis of client orders and deposits via Excel for tracking and following up with boutique management
- Data compilation and analysis of after-sales via Excel for tracking and following-up with boutiques
- Consolidate and review monthly rosters and retail teams annual leave planning, based on store traffic/demand patterns, maximising productivity/sales potential during peak hours
- Prepare reports highlighting key performance metrics, sales trends, and areas of opportunity
- Prepare reports on stock excellence and organisation, ensuring standards and compliances are closely followed
- Organise stock take and follow up on results – to propose ideas to improve process, eliminating bottlenecks and optimising operational workflows
- Review and consolidate uniform orders from stores to the relevant teams
- Participate in store attachments to gain hands-on retail experience and observe boutique operations
- Plan and participate in events and activations, closely coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors and providing on-the-ground support
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in other administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's students or graduates preferred (ideally in Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related disciplines)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of Excel (data compilation, reporting, and analysis)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with boutique and cross-functional stakeholders
