Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Staff Management
- Establish performance targets and conduct performance reviews regularly
- Manage team schedule to ensure sufficient manpower
- Budget and control manpower costs
- Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, claims etc
- Manage payroll related tasks in verifying attendance, OT, commission
- Inventory Management
- Handle purchase orders, pricing update and stock control
- Sales and Operations
- Review sales data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Manage corporate sales accounts and online platforms
- Coordinate cross-border logistics and domestic deliveries
- Diploma with 2 years of retail experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work at Retail store when required
