ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Retail & Operations Executive reports to the Operations Manager. The key responsibilities are to support store operations, e-commerce operations, inventory control, customer service, and online order fulfilment across both the retail counter and office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store Management
- Manage the retail counter and provide frontline customer support
- Handle stock-taking, goods receiving and daily shop operations
- Maintain cleanliness, display standards and product readiness at the store
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate replenishment of products to retail outlets and distributors when required
- Assist warehouse team during peak periods or when additional manpower is required
- Assist in receiving, sorting, packing and inventory-related tasks
3. Order Management & E-Commerce Fulfilment
- Process customer orders from various channels (Shopee, Website, Tiktok Shop, Walk-in)
- Ensure timely picking, packing and preparation of orders for 3PL pickup
- Support coordination between retail, warehouse and e-commerce teams
- Assist in preparing and packing online orders
- Ensure proper labelling, documentation and quality checks prior to handover to 3PL
- Support online promotions and sales events where required
5. Customer Service
- Assist customers with product enquiries, repairs, exchanges and order collection at the retail shop / service centre
- Provide professional and friendly service across in-store and online platforms
- Help troubleshoot customer issues and escalate cases when needed
4. Event Management
- Assist in occasional booth and event sales
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum N-Level / O-Level / ITE / Diploma
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management or e-commerce fulfilment
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in both retail and office environments
- Singaporeans / PR only
WORKING HOURS
- 5.5 / 6 day working arrangement
- Regular office hours on-site at two locations
- Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday depending on roster and operational needs
- Will be required to occasionally work the entire weekend (e.g. during events)
