Retail Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

. Manage operations for 5 to 6 retail counters

. Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels

. Plan and execute stock replenishment and reordering

. Coordinate stock transfers between counters when required

. Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy

. Identify stock shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items

. Ensure availability of core sizes and key products

. Maintain accurate stock records in the system

. Prepare inventory and stock reports for management

. Visit retail counters regularly to monitor operations and stock status

. Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams

. Ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements

. Degree in Retail, Arts or related field

. Proven work experience

. Experience handling multiple stores preferred

. Good knowledge of stock management and replenishment

. Hands on commitment to get the job done

. Basic Microsoft Excel skills

. Good communication and organizational skills

. Able to travel between retail counters

. Able to work during weekends

. Working hours : 2pm to 10pm
