A leading bookstore brand is hiring Retail Operations Associates to support store operations across multiple locations in Singapore. Openings are available across entry-level, senior, and supervisory positions.

Key Responsibilities
. Provide customer service and assist with product enquiries
. Handle cashiering and payment transactions
. Support inventory management and store presentation
. Assist with staff coordination and daily operations where required
. Contribute to a positive shopping experience

Requirements

. Retail or customer service experience preferred . Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays . Able to commit during peak retail periods . Professional grooming and customer-oriented attitude . Eligible to work in Singapore

Work Arrangement

. 5-day work week
. Weekend and public holiday commitment required
. Working hours vary by store location
. Total of 88 working hours over 2 consecutive weeks

Salary (Gross)

. Entry-level: $2,305 - $2,400 . Senior / Supervisory: $2,535 - $2,800 . Managerial track: $3,000 - $4,000
