Drive sales growth by executing visual merchandising, promoting TCM products, managing territories, and supporting retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising
Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards across medical halls, retail stores, roadshows, atriums, booth pop-ups, department store counters, and events to ensure optimal product visibility and brand presence.

Generate sales leads and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities.

Promote and sell assigned Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products and supplements to medical halls and retail outlets.
- Territory Management
Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing product inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and resolving issues promptly. Actively support customers on the retail floor, providing product knowledge and driving sales performance.

Job Requirements
- Education: GCE N Level Certificate or equivalent
:GCE N - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser
5 - At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following sectors: General Trade (e.g., Mini Marts, Provision Shops), Traditional Trade (e.g., Medical Halls) or Modern Trade (e.g., Supermarkets, Convenience Stores)
