Retail Manager, Travel Retail (Global Luxury MNC)

Our client a renowned luxury MNC is hiring a Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day retail performance and excellence of the Travel Retail stores. You will drive sales, operations, brand standards and sales ambassador performance across airports, boutiques and shop-in-shops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets and identify opportunities to improve retail performance.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, assortment and merchandising execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to execute new stores, activations and initiatives while resolving operational or commercial issues.
• Lead, coach and develop retail teams and sales ambassadors.
• Ensure Retail Excellence and brand consistency across stores, upholding service standards and brand image.

Key Requirements:

• Retail experience within the luxury, beauty or premium consumer brands.
• Multi-store management experience, with the ability to oversee retail performance.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyse sales and business KPIs.
• Proven people leadership and coaching capabilities, with experience motivating retail teams.
• Strong stakeholder and influencing skills, able to work effectively across retailers and teams.
