Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently meet or exceed business targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Drive sales growth by delivering personalized customer service and implementing strategic customer relationship management initiatives
- Oversee retail operations by managing inventory control processes and executing visual merchandising standards to optimize store presentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers to ensure exceptional after-sales service and customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and develop targeted growth action plans that improve overall sales performance
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance with company policies across all retail activities
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and support their career progression within the organization
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience, preferably within the entertainment sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing customers, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through coaching and people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
