We are partnering with a luxury wellness and lifestyle brand to appoint a Store Manager to lead its Marina Bay Sands flagship store. This role carries full ownership of store performance, team leadership, and the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience within a high-profile retail environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets, KPIs, and overall store profitability
- Analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ATV) and identify growth opportunities
- Lead upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling initiatives
- Provide premium customer experience and brand standards
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing retail team
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and compliance with MBS and company guidelines
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of retail experience, with 2–3 years in a Store Manager / ASM role
- Background in premium, luxury, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle retail preferred
- Strong hands-on knowledge of TCM products is a plus
- Proven track record managing flagship or high-traffic stores
