Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium customer-facing retail business. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, managing team performance, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining profitability.

Your new role

• Lead and manage the overall retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily business activities.
  
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective business planning and customer engagement strategies.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing a high-touch and personalized customer experience throughout the customer journey.
  
• Oversee client follow-ups, appointment management, and service recovery to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  
• Manage store profitability, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, expense control, and P&L accountability.
  
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion, productivity, and customer retention.
  
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop retail team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
  
• Ensure operational standards, inventory management, and company policies are consistently maintained.
  
• Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for business growth, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, premium services, hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  
• Proven track record in managing sales performance and P&L responsibilities.
  
• Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
  
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
  
• Ability to work weekends and during peak business periods when required.
