1. Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Ensure store opening and closing procedures are properly followed
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
2. Sales & Performance Management
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Analyze sales performance and prepare simple sales reports
Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
3. Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff
Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Conduct staff performance reviews and on-the-job coaching
Manage attendance, discipline, and staff welfare
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Manage stock receiving, replenishment, and stock display
Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock loss and shrinkage
Conduct regular stock counts and ensure stock accuracy
Liaise with the warehouse or suppliers for stock replenishment
5. Customer Service
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Handle escalated customer issues and returns/exchanges
Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits
6. Cashiering & Administration
Oversee cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and POS accuracy
Ensure proper documentation for sales, refunds, and exchanges
Prepare basic operational and sales reports for management
Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in fast-moving retail/lifestyle stores is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic computer skills (POS systems, simple reporting)
Fast-paced retail environment
Requires standing for long hours
Hands-on role involving store operations and team management
