Job Description

  • Handle and assist with cashier duties
  • Carry and assist with topping up heavy goods (cartons may weigh up to 50 kg)
  • Serve customers with a polite and professional attitude
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and issue resolution professionally
  • Order, receive, and arrange goods
  • Assigned to work at different outlet locations as needed
  • Manage and supervise shop staff
  • Perform daily sales closing and reporting
