-Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure consistent quality in dessert and services
- Enforce SOP and brand standards across all sites
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain high cleanliness safety, hygiene and service standards
- Manage all on ground maintenance such as pest control, food license, floor trap and equipment
Sales Performance
-Analyse sales data and KPIs to set targets and implement strategies to boost performance
-Provide regular updates on performance of Limited-Time-Offer campaigns and products
-Manage inventories and procurement to ensure smooth supply chain
People leadership & development
-Onboard staff on site and store management
-Coach and mentor store leads to drive performance, motivate teams and develop leaders.
-Plan staffing needs, scheduling and manpower planning across outlets
-Manage staff disciplinary issues
Strategy & Business Growth
-Identify market trends and conduct competitor analysis to stay competitive
-Support new outlet openings and expansion through setup and staffing
-Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out promotions and limited time offer product or events
Customer Experience & Problem Solving
-Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints
-Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all locations.
