- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and set a positive example for the team.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the outlet.
- Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure adequate supply.
- Prepare and submit reports and feedback to management.
- Train new staff on product knowledge and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of related retail supervisory experience
- Experience in sports industry is an advantage
- Working hours: 5/6 days per week (44 hours per week)
- Location: Suntec
- Salary: Up to $4500
