Caudalie Travel Retail is currently seeking a Retail Manager APAC to join our team!

The Retail Manager will be responsible for driving retail excellence and ensuring strong brand presence across APAC Travel Retail. This role involves managing retail operations, coordinating projects with key retailers, and ensuring best-in-class execution in-store. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys being on the field. This position requires frequent business trips across the region.

The role

RETAIL OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee retail operations and ensure compliance with brand standards across APAC Travel Retail.
  • Coordinate projects with retailers, ensuring timely and successful execution of openings and activations.
  • Monitor and optimize retail performance such as SISO, KPIs productivity per BA and customer experience. Develop and implement action plans to improve performance across all POS.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Track and follow up retail budgets and ensure that retail projects and activations are aligned with the approved budget.

ANALYSIS & REPORTING

  • Analyze retail performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.

FIELD PRESENCE

  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution, merchandising, and staff engagement.
  • Support training initiatives and ensure retail teams deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and KPIs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent business trips across APAC.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Chinese is essential.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
