Role: Retail Functional Consultant

Years of Experiences: 15+ Years

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops with senior business stakeholders (COO, Directors) to capture KPI requirements, pain points, and dashboard expectations.

Analyze current reporting processes and identify gaps for automation and optimization.

Define business use cases, personas, and decision-making scenarios supported by dashboards.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to map source systems and data attributes for KPIs.

Design dashboard visualization requirements (layouts, filters, drill-downs,interactivity).

Prioritize KPIs and dashboards for MVP and subsequent phases.

Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Support UAT planning and identify key power users for validation.

Strong retail domain knowledge (Supply Chain, Sourcing, eCommerce).

Expertise in KPI frameworks, dashboard design, and BI tools (Google Enterprise Looker preferred).

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP).

Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Strong communication and presentation skills for C-level engagement.
