We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to manage front desk operations and support retail sales in a wellness environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, social media)
- Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and therapist coordination
- Perform cashiering duties (POS, payment collection, invoicing)
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and retail products
- Upsell and cross-sell services to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems
- Follow up with customers for appointments, reminders, and retention
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail area
- Stock management: monitor inventory, restock, and report shortages
- Assist in daily operations and outlet opening/closing duties
- Support marketing activities (promotions, campaigns, simple posting if required)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail / customer service / front desk / beauty & wellness industry preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken & basic written)
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Sales-driven with confidence in upselling and product recommendation
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude and patience
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy (POS system, booking system, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Comfortable handling payments and daily sales reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or TCM industry is a plus
- Bilingual or additional language skills is an advantage
