As a Retail Experience & Marketing Executive, you will play a dual integrated role shaping our retail presence and marketing communications. You will manage daily retail operations while driving creative marketing initiatives and design execution - working closely with our founders and team to enhance Barehands brand presence and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Retail Experience
- Manage and execute store's day-to-day operations i.e. opening & closing, cashiering, inventory monitoring, management & replenishments, customer service, sales reporting, exchanges & returns, goods receiving or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation according to standards
- Plan and execute visual merchandising to ensure the store(s) reflect the brand identity and enhances customer experience
- Ensure brand storytelling is consistently translated across the retail touchpoints.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and campaigns as required
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store performance
- Assist in setup and roll out of new stores locally and overseas
Customer Service Excellence
- Assist in handling customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, providing appropriate solutions online or offline
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in ideating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
- Assist in managing social media content planning, creation, and scheduling
- Assist in coordinating marketing calendars, product launches, and collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Design & Creative
- Design marketing assets including social media graphics, posters, newsletters, and packaging etc
- Copywriting of marketing assets
- Conceptualise and create video content including reels & photography, when required
- Support the planning and coordination of photoshoots locally and/or overseas, executing them when required
- Maintain brand guidelines are adhered to across all communication channels
- Assist in other miscellaneous marketing operations matters of the brand, when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in Retail, Marketing, Design & Communications or a related field
- Diploma or Degree in Retail, Marketing, Design & Communications or a related field
- Highly self-motivated, driven, and responsible
- Highly proficient in Canva. Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus
- Strong creative and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational functions effectively
- Passionate about purpose-driven businesses or social impact, sustainability, and building communities
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Able to commit 44 hours a week which may include minimally one weekend (Sunday and/or Saturday) occasionally
