As a Retail Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and upholding the highest standards in the pawn and jewellery industry. You will manage pawn transactions, assist customers, maintain inventory, and support continuous improvements in store processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process pawn transactions accurately and efficiently, including evaluating, documenting, and managing customer collateral according to company policies and industry standards.

• Participate in sales activities, promoting jewellery and other products to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Address and resolve customer enquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high-quality service at all times.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation for all transactions.

• Support daily store operations, keeping the store organized, clean, and customer-friendly.

• Contribute to reviewing and improving store processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and team targets while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales in jewellery or pawnshops.

• Ability to handle customer issues effectively and professionally.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments.

• Collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.

• Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging customer situations.

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends (Friday-Sunday) and public holidays.
