Job Description:
As a Retail Executive, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience and ensuring smooth daily operations in our retail outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide professional product advice.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Handle customer transactions and ensure accuracy in cash and inventory records.
- Support store operations such as display arrangements, stock replenishment, and housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE Diploma, or Polytechnic Diploma in Retail or relevant field.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Passionate about customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Positive attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
