We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales growth. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and creating a positive experience for our agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, receiving, and display arrangements
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events
Requirements
- GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player
