Retail Executive

Job Description:

. Takes charge of individual projects been assigned the department which includes preparation of quotations, cost-analysis and vendor negotiation

. Reporting to the project director and sales manager for project cost analysis and progress

. Working closely with the design team on lighting proposals and mock-up submissions

. Negotiation and liaison with suppliers and manufacturers

. Issuance of sales orders, delivery orders, sales invoice

. Analysis of costs to ensure profitability

. Management of assigned projects to achieve annual sales targets

. Coordination with other departments after order confirmation to ensure timely delivery

. Assisting the project team for site coordination and project implementation

. Securing of approved drawings and sign-off from designers and clients

. Preparation of factory drawings according to requirements and chase for sign-off and approval by the client

. Monitoring of the lead times and delivery schedules to meet deadlines

. Keeps a monitoring report for all pending quotations

Requirements:

. Team player

. Ability to communicate with all levels

. PC literate and proficient in MS Office

. Preferably with Engineering/Architectural/Interior Design background

. Experience in tiles, furnishing and lighting trade.

. Ability to read layout and plan drawings
