Retail Executive (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail Executive to join our team at Marina Square. In this role, you will introduce customers to our innovative 3D figurine experience, guide them through the photoshoot and ordering process, and ensure an excellent customer journey from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing professional and friendly service.
- Explain our 3D figurine products, photoshoot process, and pricing clearly.
- Assist customers during photoshoots, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Handle order processing, payment transactions, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure store presentation is neat, professional, and welcoming.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high service standards.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Foreigner (Malaysian nationality preferred).
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and typing).
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales or retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player.
Working Hours
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
