Purpose & Scope:

The Retail Executive supports daily retail operations and ensures a high-quality customer experience at The Singapore Mint's retail stores. The role includes sales support, staff guidance, store presentation, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and seamless customer service delivery
• Guide, supervise, and support retail staff by training new employees on store procedures and customer service standards to maintain team performance
• Drive sales by actively promoting The Singapore Mint's products to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising and product displays aligned with brand guidelines to enhance store appeal
• Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and resolve customer enquiries professionally to ensure positive customer interactions
• Deliver consistent high standards of customer service to increase customer satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage
• Support inventory management through regular stock checks and timely replenishment to maintain product availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or ITE Certificate in Business or related fields
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant retail experience
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and professional disposition
