We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Executive / Assistant to join our aquarium retail team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily retail operations.
• Support livestock and aquarium product care as required.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Requirements:

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
